Dhyan Meditation App Subscription — Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms: By subscribing to the Dhyan Meditation app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the subscription service.

2. Subscription Plans: Dhyan Meditation offers various subscription plans, each with its own duration and features. The details of each plan, including pricing, are shown on the app's subscription page.

3. Billing and Payments: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

4. Free Trials: Dhyan Meditation may offer free trials for certain plans. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the regular subscription charges apply.

5. Content and Usage: The subscription grants you access to premium features within the app. You agree not to share your subscription details with others or attempt to access premium features without a valid subscription.

6. Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies. Partially used subscription periods are not refunded by us.

7. Termination: We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these terms or any illegal or unauthorized use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the subscription after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Privacy: Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
